Stringer Flavours offer a range of Dill flavouring variants such as ‘Anethum graveolens’, ‘Dill weed’. Referred to as the ‘soothing medicine’, Dill was also used as a medicinal herb in ancient Egypt. The old English word Dilla means to lull and so was used to as the source word for Dill due its use to soothe stomach pain and other ailments.
